Rezzy and ARC turns your sports venue into a smart facility.

The whole process starts with your customer booking a lesson through the state-of-the-art booking system Rezzy. This can be done either from a computer or via a mobile app for a phone or tablet.

Likewise, you, as the operator of the sports venue, can make changes to the schedule. Rezzy does not limit you in any way, on the contrary, it makes your work even simpler.

Once Rezzy detects the schedule has changed, it will calculate the current occupancy in the airdome, as well as on the individual fields. That way it knows when to heat the hall for a game, and which court to light up when occupied.

In addition, Rezzy allows you to set the interval when to heat or light after the reservation is over, or lock the hall with a set delay. This will allow your clients to leave stress-free when their lesson is over.

The moment ARC receives occupancy data, it activates the pre-heat function. It monitors the current outdoor conditions, the desired temperature and the current indoor temperature. From these values, it can calculate the optimal time to switch on the heating at a given moment based on the auto adaptive function. So you no longer have to keep an eye on whether it is 5 °C or -10 °C outside today and turn the heating on accordingly.

But that's not all, once the heating is on, the AI takes over. It optimises the heating mode to reduce consumption and increase comfort in the hall when it is heating or already maintaining the desired temperature.

The moment customers arrive, the occupied courts in the airdome light up and the doors unlock. This can be set at the start of the booking, 5 minutes beforehand or as it suits you.

While the clients play, you don't have to worry about a thing. You can let go of watching the clock and worrying about remembering to turn on the next court or turn off the heat in time. You can get on with serving other customers in peace.

No reception? No problem! Thanks to the automatic lock, you don't even have to worry about having a administrator come to unlock and heat in the morning, lock up and turn off the heat in the morning, and repeat the process in the afternoon. Thanks to our system, your premises can become unattended.

Is the morning block of bookings over and the next one isn't until after lunch? It's evening and the last hour is up? The airdome will turn off the heat as soon as the bookings are over. You don't have to worry about remembering to turn the heating off.

The airdome waits until the clients are comfortably packed and changed, after 5 minutes it turns off the lights and after another 5 minutes it is locked. It's up to your settings.
